Steps to Install Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Official update on Galaxy Note 4:
Step 1: Download the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow Official firmware file on the desktop of your computer for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910P.
Step 2: Unzip the download firmware file to get the .tar.md5 file.
Step 3: Boot your device into Recovery Mode and perform a factory data reset to attain a clean installation.
Step 4: Launch Odin3.exe on your PC.
Step 5: Connect your Galaxy Note 4 to the PC using its USB data cable and power it OFF to boot into Download Mode.
Step 6: Power ON the Galaxy Note 4 by pressing and holding Volume Down + Home Button + Power keys at the same time. As a warning message appears, press Volume Up to continue.

Step 9: Click on the START button in Odin and wait for the flashing process to complete successfully. After the firmware is successfully installed, the flashing process box will turn green.
Step 10: Disconnect your phone and reboot it manually after the flashing process has been completed successfully.
Step 11: The Galaxy Note 4 will take about 5 minutes to boot for the first time after installation. So please be patient.
