Step No 1: – First Download CF-Auto-Root package (CF-Auto-Root-s5neolte-s5neoltexx-smg903f.zip) and Odin tool for your Galaxy S5 Neo (SM-G903W) on the desktop of your PC.

Step No 2: Extract the CF-Auto-Root files on the desktop. Once the archive is extracted, you’ll see these files:
