Steps To Root Galaxy Tab S 10.5 SM-T805 Running on Android 6.0.1:

Step No 1: – First Download CF-Auto-Root package (CF-Auto-Root-chagalllte-chagallltexx-smt805.zip) and Odin tool for your Galaxy Tab S 10.5 SM-T805 on the desktop of your PC.

Step No 2: Extract the CF-Auto-Root files on the desktop. Once the archive is extracted, you’ll see these files:

Step No 3: – Turn OFF the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 SM-T805 to boot into Download Mode.

Step No 4: – Now turn ON the Tab while pressing and holding Volume Down + Home + Power keys at the same time for a few seconds to enter into Download Mode.

Step No 10: – Next, click on the Start button in Odin to initiate the Flashing process.

Step No 11: – This flashing process might take 30-50 seconds to finish the rooting process on your Galaxy Tab S 10.5 SM-T805. After the rooting process is completed, a Green Box with Pass text will appear in Odin, and your device will reboot automatically.

Step No 12: – Now, disconnect your Tab from the PC. Open Applications Menu on your Tab and find SuperSU App to check either your device is successfully rooted or not. If you can see the SuperSU app then you administrative rights over the internal file system of your device.
